New South Pattern House
Studio Update, November 15, 2021
|
|
I've got some ambitious plans this month including lots of holiday art shows, print releases, and more. I'm kicking things off this Saturday at Mystic Distillery. You know what pairs nicely with locally hand-crafted sprits? Hand pulled block prints ;). Be sure to come check us out if you're in the NC Triangle.
I've also added a new Mid-Century Botanical print, plus I'll tell you how to enter the $100 gift card giveaway I'm hosting. I hope you love this sneak peek into my studio!

What's New: Virginia Bluebells (Mertensia)
I just carved up a new mid-century botanical! Virginia Bluebells (Mertensia) are among my favorite native wildflowers. I love what this pop of blue does when I pair it with the other prints in this series! It really "plays well" with others.
I'm giving my email subscribers the first chance to buy this little bluebell before I make it available for sale to the general public (on Thursday, November 18th.) This will give y'all dibs on the lowest numbered prints in the edition.* I'll be reserving prints in the order that folks email me-- so if you want to snag the first print from this block, click here now! :)
* Limited Edition of 60 Prints. Cost: $36, Size: 9x12

$100 Gift Card Giveaway
|
Gift cards are here y'all! I've got digital gift cards available for purchase on my website, and I've also got some physical cards for
y'all to grab at my in-person events. To celebrate, I'm doing a give-away, so keep reading for details on how to earn a $100 digital gift card to New South Pattern House and spoil yourself or your loved ones this holiday!
1. Grab a photo. Take a photo of the New South Pattern House print hanging on your wall, the bookmark by your nightstand, or the card on your refrigerator. (Note: you can also grab a photo from my website if you want to share a piece that is on your "want" list, but is not in
your home yet!)
2. Tell your friends. Post the photo on your social media account. Share what you love about the art, the NSPH company values, or whatever encouraged you to let this art into your home.
3.Tag me: Be sure to tag me in your post, so I can enter you in the drawing.
4. Encourage friends to follow along, check out my website, and-- when possible-- to shop locally this holiday season.
5. All done! I'll announce the winner on 11/23.
I'm so excited to see everyone's photos!
This time of year is just incredible. I've been so busy in the studio, that I've almost missed the Fall. This weekend, I put a pause on carving and pulling prints, and took my kids to Eno River State Park for a hike. We saw Beaver Dams, painted turtles, rustling stands of northern sea oats, woodpeckers, and lots of friendly trail pups. I don't know who else reading this needs this reminder, but to my fellow workaholics-- GET OUTSIDE! You won't regret it, and you'll come back newly inspired.

When you buy Holiday Gifts from me, I buy holiday gifts for these monkeys! The way in which we spend our dollars this holiday season makes such a difference for our communities. It means a lot to my family, and I just want you to know that I appreciate you! Y'all are the best!
The free shipping and local pickup options I instituted last month are working out well, so I'm going to continue that at least through November. Hopefully this will help shield y'all against increased shipping costs. As the holiday's approach, I'm anticipating mail slow
downs, so if you do live locally and are able to come see me at in person events, that would be helpful. If you can't make it to an event, but want to schedule a shopping appointment, email me and we'll set something up!
I am so energized heading into this holiday season! Thank you for all you do to support NSPH!
