Whew! We made it through four consecutive weekends of art shows, and y'all, I AM TIRED BUT SO SO HAPPY! It was an absolute pleasure to connect with so many of you in person.
The most important reminder I have for you is that today is my recommended online order deadline. So, if you're planning to order Christmas gifts from my website, please get those orders in ASAP! Alternatively, I also offer digital gift cards if that helps simply your holiday shopping :). Finally, I will be taking a break to spend time with family December 23rd-Jan 2nd and will not be shipping orders during that time.

In the Studio: Looking forward
I have SO many exciting goals for the coming year. Top on my list is to host some open studio events for y'all. I'm also really excited to begin work on a "Pollinator" series that highlights the importance of native pollinators to our Southeastern ecosystems. For this year, I'll leave you
with this video. It's me working on a mountain color study, which involved a very simple carving but 9 different colors of inks, continuously mixed in 3 gradients, and pieced together using the puzzle piece printmaking technique. Even though this piece isn't my favorite (I really love the elaborate, intricately carved pieces best,) it's a fitting recap of my year, because I'm most proud of how much my inking and color work has developed this year. I hope you enjoy!
